1. Eligibility for Refund

The following conditions allow clients to request refunds:
Order Cancellation
Customers who terminate their orders before assigning to an expert will receive full refund benefits.
Our policy allows customers to get a partial refund whose order has started but work has not begun depending on the current work status.
Customers who receive substantial work completion automatically forfeit their right to receive a refund.
Late Delivery
A delay without an approved extension to deliver the order within deadlines may entitle clients to partial or full refunds based on the amount of time we fail to meet the deadline.
The client will gain no refund because of their incorrect or insufficient information.
Quality Issues
Compensation will be provided by the company when the final work fails to meet requirements after many editing attempts.
Clients must present clear evidence when the forwarded work does not meet the requested standards.
Duplicate Payment
The extra payment from clients who make accidental double deposits will be refunded after proper verification is completed.
Non-Delivery of Service
The client will receive a complete refund in any scenario where we fail to deliver the order.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Completed Orders
A completed order with a delivered final product becomes ineligible for refund except when the product has an unrecoverable substantial quality problem.
Change of Mind
The company declines refund payments for work that has begun when clients decide to cancel order requirements.
Revised Orders
A client who accepts and uses delivered work will not receive any refund.
Minor Errors
A payment refund will not be authorised when the delivered work contains a small problem which can be resolved using revision processes.
Unrealistic Expectations
Our company provides no assurances for particular grades or academic markers since authorities oversee the final assessment process and judgment. The grading dissatisfaction of a client does not qualify for a refund because acceptance of revisions and work utilisation renders the option unavailable.

3. Revision Before Refund
A revision service is offered prior to granting refunds for fixing problems which exist in completed tasks. Clients need to ask for revisions before they make a request for reimbursement. Revisions will be provided before granting a refund but customers can receive reimbursement if the new version fails to fulfill the requirements.

4. Refund Request Process
The process of requesting a refund starts by following these steps.
1. Examine your order by sending a message to us during a 14-day duration starting from your order placement.
2. Provide an order ID and send evidence (when applicable) with a complete explanation of the issue.
3. Customers need to wait for our team to process refund requests during a 5-day business period.

5. Refund Processing Time
If your request is accepted, then your money will be refunded within 7-14 business days via the original payment mode.
Payment providers affect the duration of refunds which may vary.

6. Chargeback Policy
The company requests clients to reach out for assistance before their payment provider initiates a bank chargeback procedure.
Our policy states that the ban for future service usage takes effect immediately when clients file chargebacks without notifying us first.
